What is the minimum order quantity?
There is a minimum order quantity of £100 (plus VAT). If you have any questions about ordering or our policies, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance at consumables@vendingsense.com.
Will my consumables be sent together?
Yes, we strive to minimise our environmental impact by sending your consumable items in a single shipment whenever possible. However, in certain situations where separate packages are necessary, our consumables team will reach out to you via email to notify you of the split shipment.
Can I track my consumables order?
Yes, you can easily track your order online through our Client Area Portal, which is exclusively designed for our valued customers. To access order tracking, please log into your account using your credentials. If you don’t have a login or encounter any difficulties during the process, our Consumables team is here to assist you. You can reach us by emailing us at consumables@vendingsense.com.
Can I get next day delivery on consumables?
Yes, you can enjoy next-day delivery for your consumables order, provided it is placed before noon. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be delivered within 2 working days. Please note that a standard delivery charge of £15 applies to all consumables orders.
How can I get free ‘SenseCare’ maintenance cover?
You can enjoy complimentary SenseCare maintenance cover by setting up a product supply agreement with us. This extended paid maintenance cover offers you peace of mind and access to a range of benefits including:
