Is maintenance included when you purchase a water tap with Vending Sense?
Yes, you will get complimentary maintenance for 12 months should you need it, covering the water tap’s warranty, parts, callouts and labour costs. Your maintenance will then extend onto our ‘SenseCare’ paid maintenance plan for extra reassurance for the duration of your agreement with us.
Is it possible to purchase a water tap outright?
Yes, we’ll help you find the right purchasing options to suit you and your company’s needs. Our payment terms include buying outright, and leasing across 3 or 5 years should you need to spread the cost.
We also have a select availability for renting used and approved water taps depending on our stock levels for refurbished machines.
What steps are involved in installing your water dispensers?
