Is it better to lease, rent or buy an office coffee machine?
Leasing an office coffee machine is something we highly recommend, as you can spread the cost over 3 or 5 year terms. Towards the end of your lease with us, we will also provide you with opportunities to upgrade your office coffee machine to ensure your equipment is up to date.
If you would rather pay the lump sum, we also offer the option to purchase a coffee machine to save you on costs in the long run.
However if you’re working with a smaller budget, renting one of our used and approved office coffee machines may be a better option for you to save on costs. Bearing in mind that renting one of our coffee machines can depend on the number of refurbished machines we have in stock.
How do I buy a coffee machine for my office?

Once you’ve decided on a machine that’s right for you, our team will proceed to carry out the relevant checks to set up your lease agreement. Our installations team will then be in touch to arrange your free delivery and set up of your machine. Plus our helpful engineers will provide you with free onsite training for your machine to show you how to use and maintain your coffee machine equipment.

How does the onboarding process work for offices with multiple sites?
We have a thorough onboarding process for our customers with multiple sites making it simple and easy to install office coffee machines. Whether you have 2 or 50+ sites spread across the UK, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager at Vending Sense who will project manage your onboarding whilst being there to support you even after your installation has taken place. Plus, if you have multiple office locations within the UK and have multiple coffee machines across these sites, our client area allows you to manage each of these locations with ease.
Will my office coffee machine’s maintenance be included?
Yes, we even offer free coffee machine maintenance for your 1st year to cover the machine’s warranty, engineer visits, and labour. After your first year, you’ll be moved onto our ‘SenseCare’ paid maintenance plan for continuing support and maintenance for the remainder of your agreement.
