About our seamless customer onboarding process
Once you’ve agreed your machines and services with us, our operations team will work with you to arrange the most suitable installation date where our expert engineers will fit your machine onsite and provide training on how to use and maintain your machine.
We’ll also provide you with a helpful welcome pack upon installation to ensure you’ve got all the key information you need available at the scan of a QR code. Including details about your maintenance package, links to cleaning guides within our Knowledge Base and much more.
