Due to continued success and with plans for further expansion, we’re looking for an additional Coffee Vending Machine Engineer with a minimum of 2 years experience, to join Vending Sense Group and assist with installations, coffee machine repairs and vending machine maintenance in Central London.

We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic individual who will be transferring from a coffee and vending machine servicing background. The successful candidate will liaise with the sales & customer service teams to assist our customers with their install/repair needs.

The role

As a coffee vending machine engineer, your role involves installing coffee machines and associated equipment in various locations. You will also be responsible for responding to call-outs to repair and maintain machines, ensuring they function efficiently. This position offers a blend of fieldwork, where you will be on-site addressing issues and installations, and office work, managing schedules, and coordinating with the team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, providing a balanced workweek. This role is essential in delivering high-quality service and satisfaction to our clients.

The requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical service, with a strong preference for those with a background in coffee and vending machine service or repair.

Flexibility in travel and working hours is essential, as this role requires adaptability to meet various client needs and service calls. A genuine desire to grow and advance within Vending Sense Group is crucial, as we value team members who are committed to contributing to our success and their own professional development.

Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management, ensuring clear and efficient service delivery. Strong organisational skills are also required to manage schedules, handle multiple tasks, and maintain timely service operations. Additionally, a valid UK driving licence is mandatory for travel to different sites and client locations.
